Our warm lake has an assortment of water activities at your disposal such as swimming off the dock, paddle boarding, kayaking and fabulous fishing.

Our cottage is located 30 minutes north of Cobourg, ON, 15 minutes from Hasting and 30 minutes west of Campbellford.

Rates
High Season - June 24th to September 1st - Week-long booking only $2,300/week
Low Season - Winter Rates - $700/Weekend $1,500/week (2-night minimum)
Low Season - Spring Rates - $750/Weekend $1,600/week (2-night minimum)
Low Season - Fall Rates - $700/Weekend $1,700/week (2-night minimum)
Holiday Rates
Thanksgiving 3 night minimum $1,200/weekend
Christmas 3-night minimum $1,200/weekend
New Year 3-night minimum $1,200/weekend
Victoria Day Weekend - $1,600/weekend
The Bunkie (2nd Cottage) is an additional cost of $350.
Security Deposit $800 - to be refunded within 5 days of checkout
Booking Deposit 30% due at time of booking (the balance due 30 days before arrival)
The cancellation policy is flexible
* Check-In after 4 pm on the first day of rental
* Check-Out before 11 am on the last day of rental
